yeah, but idk if its the same. i know ima have to go to traffic school cause thats normally what they do.

If it is your first offense just plead no contest and request adjudication be waived. Most judges will wave points and school on first offense. then you just have the fee to pay. Most guns are calibrated routinely, so I doubt that will work, but it's your life, go ahead and try. Just know that most Judges will not agree to waive adjudication if you waste their time trying to "fight" it.
