I tried selling my Alpine CDA-9835 in a previous post, but haven't really come across what I think it would take for me to part with it...

Anyways - a new approach.. I'd be open to trades at this point - If you've got an Alpine CDA-9831 in MINT condition and cash ($100?) and want to upgrade - let me know...

Would you be interested in a 9815 (last years equal to the 9835 but without biolite display) + cash?

I am the orginal purchaser and I have all the packaging and manual.

I'll have to do more research..., there may be 2 issues..:

1) From what I can tell I won't be able to use my KCA-420i (iPod adapter) with it.. "The KCA-420i can be added to any 2004 Alpine Ai-NET head unit." It looks like the 9815 has an Ai-Net connection, but not sure if its compatible...

2) According to Crutchfield, it says that it wouldn't fit my car... Not sure if its a differnt size than the 9835 cause that fits w/ no problem.

How much cash would you be willing to include... PM me... Photos too if you've got any - so far all I've found is generic 'stock' photos...

I currently have a 2004 model S634 MP3 changer hooked up to the AI-NET interface, I have enquired about getting an I-Pod adaptor and my local shop said my headunit IS compatible with the KCA-420I.

The headunit is normal 1 DIN size, identical to the 9835.

Here is the only picture I have right now, ignore the Massive EQ below

I will take more pictures in the daylight tomorrow.

I'll trade my 9815 plus $100 for your 9835
