Works perfectly fine, I tested it along with a few other ppi's I have a few months ago and put them all away. Comes with plugs.
Has a small hairline scratch (pictured) and a little blemish toward the bottom of the heatsink (also pictured), other than that looks very good with no paint chips or missing paint on the corners of the heatsink that are so common with the art series amps. The blue script on the sideplates is also in great condition with no rubbed off paint. Warranty seal still intact (if it means anything to potential buyer) - never been repaired.
