I bought this amp at the beginning of last season, and im ready for a change. Nothing wrong with this monster, its been a good amp and won me plenty of comps... but im looking for something smaller to fit in one of my cars, and this thing is just too big for me now.

This amplifier has been modded. What this means is that ive removed the protection circuit from the motherboard which allows you to wire this amp down to 1/2 ohm load if wished. However, for going that low of an impedience, there is a trade off that you need 16 volts to go that low and still put 4000 watts. If you plan on not wiring it down that low, you can use the regular car electrical system of 12-14 volts....however you can never dip below 11 volts on your wiring in your car or the amp will shut down BEFORE it hurts your subwoofers with "dirty" power. Some cheapie amps let you run your subs on 11 volts and ends up cooking your subwoofer....so consider that when buying any amp - not just mine.
Ive also done a couple of other mods, which is replace the red LED power light with a white one, shown in the pictures above. I also added a chrome fan guard and a plexiglass cover to the amp so you can flip it and install it upside down to show it off.....I also have the original steel cover for it if thats not your style, and it comes with it. This amplifier REQUIRES upgrades of your electrical system, period. Any less and you just wont get the power it can put out.
