How difficult is the install on this? Would like to pick this up for my 04 accord.

Depends on the vehicle really. Cut and splice some wires, install the bypass (or hide a key in the dash) so the car will start and you should be set.

Yes, it all worked when removed. It does come with the original 2 way remote and a python two way. Not sure if the python is programmed to the Viper unit though. The manual will tell you how to make it work with the alarm.
