Whoa...Why would you assume I'm shipping first? Isn't that the opposite of how it usually works? I've never had any negative feedback from anybody on this or any other forum - ever... Do a search. If you want the amp if/when your paypal claim comes through, PM me and we'll talk.

Rated. I've never had this particular amp benched, but if u do a search, others have found theirs to be underrated by a few hundred watts.
