Sold FS: Two BTL motors

Starting a new thread, with pictures.

I'd appreciate a little bit of respect for my for sale thread, you can flame the other thread if you feel it's necessary.

Looking for $220 shipped each motor, Scott from Fi told me it'd be $90 + shipping for a new basket, CA glue and a recone (for reconing to an 18)... I'd imagine it'd be a little cheaper for a 15 or 12. These are fully-loaded motors.

I'm going to clean the gap and tape it up tonight, so they're good to go. They're only able to be reconed to dual 1s.

This is the way I look at it:

Motors = $220 shipped/each right? Let's say you want an 18.. fully-loaded 18" BTL is $499 shipped. Recone is ~$100 shipped. That's $330 for a fully-loaded 18" BTL, with a savings of $169.

Buy both motors, save a little bit more and have new fully-loaded 18" BTLs for $610, with a savings of $388 off of retail.

If these don't sell soon... I'm going to send them to Scott and have him recone them for me (I do messy recones) and then post them up for sale for $400 shipped and have him ship them.

I want to get these sold today, please don't PM me asking for me to hold them or PM me dibs, as, money talks. Already had one person run off after telling me I'd see payment last night.

I have a question. This motors could be reconed Dual .7 right? Is there any difference in the coil, layers or anything else in what the motors use with the universal configuration?

These are essentially .7 ohm motors, they're just referred to as dual 1s. Not sure if it's just the motor's top plate that is machined to be dual 1, but I don't believe there is anything different from the universal except for the ability to recone this as a dual 2 sub as well.

who cares if he does or doesnt, not his fault, have you ever done an expensive transaction tgpaypal, you lose a lot of money sometimes. anyway im interested as well, gotta see if i can get the cash but ill hit ya up.
