you do know that on most laptops that have a scroll wheel for the sound, that even though it may break you should be able to turn the sound up in the control panel under the SOUNDS option. lol... free bump

Yeah, my Toshiba has a little speaker icon by the time in the bottom right corner.

I was thinking about that yesserday when I saw this ad.

Good looking out but been there and done that. start>run>sndvol32 and still nothing. I consider myself pretty computer savvy so if you think you have some other ideas on why this isnt working then feel free to throw them out.

Im actually interested in it. Does it have any dead pixels on the screen or does it over heat, and how long does the battery hold a charge for?

No dead pixels or overheating and cant comment on the battery since it stays plugged into the wall since ive had it. I could test that for you tho sunday when im off work.
