how much can you actually fit in the 1/2"? i have 3 sets of rca and 4 runs of 12g wire that need a proper cover as well as some 4g wire.

The RCA wire's themselves you could fit 3, the problem is fitting the plugs on the end, in my personal opinion you could fit 2 POSSIBLY 3 but I'm honestly not sure and I don't have 3 sets of RCA's with me to try it on the 1/2". But the 12 gauge wire's you could for sure through 1/2" and most likely 3/8", this stuff expends out pretty far it's just feeding it down the wire that could be difficult once you get a lot of stuff in there.
