This motor is in great shape.. Comes with rubber boot.. The top plate and bottom plate look like in new condition.. The reason for the cheap price is because it needs ReCHARGED.... So far Incriminator Audio is the only one that I know of that will recharge this.. FI may do it and other companies but I dont know for sure... thanks

I have no idea how this happens... I heard it can happen by placing two motors next to each other.. Also heat can cause it I think
