FS/T LMS Ultra

I have an LMS Ultra 18" that I picked up and have not used. It has a black basket with TI cone. Cone has TC Sounds logo on it. I would like $1200 shipped for it or Ill entertain trades for other high end SQ equipment like 4 or 6 channel amps or head units/processors.
