No it's not.

The KX150.2 is rated for 38w X 2 @ 4 ohms / 75w X 2 @ 2 ohms / 150w X 1 @ 4 Ohms mono bridged.

The Kenwood amp he linked to is 150w X 2 @ 4 ohms / 230w X 2 @ 2 ohms / 460w X 1 @ 4 ohms mono bridged.

Considerable difference in output even taking into consideration that the Kicker amps are normally underrated to a degree.
