STETSOM 10K COMPETITION 12V VERSION

This is a modified from Stetsom version of a 7k2d for spl competition use. What's been changed compared to a normal 7k2d is as follows

-Two sets of 1/0 inputs for power and ground

-Extra capacitors to deliver more power

-And rewound coils for more power at 12v and lower.

I've tested vs a regular 7k2d on a single NSB90 battery and the 10k is almost an extra 1000w over a stock 7k2d at 11v. And when tested on a bank of batteries at 1ohms rising to 2ohms I got about 7000w at 12.5v.

Only been used a hand full of times for competition and some testing. Been sitting for past year and no longer need amp.

Updated 6/2/10: Got confirmaiton from Stetsom that even with modification this amp can play music fine as long as you don't strap two together.

Specs:

Minimum specs are no less then a stock 7k2d.

7200w @ 1ohms 12.6v

4800w @ 2ohms 12.6v

2700w @ 4ohms 12.6v

Cosmetically 9/10 due to some scuffs

Potentially but I'm waiting for stetsom to reply to my question if it'll be ok for music or not. I have amp in my car now and it's playing great. I played it for about an hour straight and it didn't get that hot. But I also wasn't pushing it like crazy cuz I don't have the battery to do so.

Got confirmaiton from Stetsom that even with modification this amp can play music fine as long as you don't strap two together.I've been playing it on the drive home and to work which is 45min drive and it hardly gets warm.

The engineer told me that there is no problem to use for music. He advises not use link (between amplifiers) in this case.
