where are all the mosfet hold downs? you cant use the amp without them....the fets will overheat and blow....

where are all the mosfet hold downs? you cant use the amp without them....the fets will overheat and blow....

Not all amplifiers have those. My PPI A600a and A1200 never had Fet blocks to pinch them to the sink like you see today.

PPI used the back plate (that you pulled off to get to the internals) to hold them down. As long as the FET is flat on the sink with a shield between the metal and the FET it should be fine.
