re uses the same motor for all XXX subs. 10-18 same magnet. yes i have pics.

How would you compare the xxx18 to the btl18?

rms is 1600 but it can take a lil more. i had about 1600-1800 rms on it.

i had it in a 7.5 net internal cuft box tuned to 31 hz and it was amazing. did 143.5 at 30 hz on my TL.

to compare it to the BTL the btl is louder but the XXX sounded way better.

im askin 500 cuz the sub has cost me about 600 so far. i will admit that it has a couple of scratches on the surround. no affect on the sound or output.

i also have 2 IDMAX 12's D2 235 shipped a peice.

one was a display sub in a store so the cone is a lil faded. sounds great though. the other is at ID getting reconed so it will be a brand new sub when i get it back.

Got a question though. On your 18xxx, what vehicle did u place that baby in? What kind of enclosure was it? I'm surprised that you only did a 143.5, and quite surprised on how low you burped it at. I wonder what car it was....

94 chevy ext cab 1500 silverado. my cardomain link is in one of the posts. thatll show u evrything i had. i did 143.5 at 30 in a 13.5 cuft gross, 10.5 net box port was 23.5x6.5x34. box was a lil big i admit, but it was a SQ daily driving box. tuned to 30-32 hz. i never metered it in the 7.5 cuft box.
