It's used, and its pretty well used. its working and in good condition. but it's definitely been broke in.lol. cosmetics aren't perfect; dustcap has some marks, gasket is a little burred up where screws go in, surrounds has some marks. BUT, no tears or scuffs. i would say 10/10 mech, and 7/10 cosmetic.
