Bump for the Profile Amp. Had a California 3600 (something like that), it would run hot but never gave up. Great amp series.

Wow your's got hot? I don't remember it getting that hot, but then again its been 5 years or so.

Yeah it was a 3 channel, had 3way (passives) comps and 2 8's. Bought the amp from Crutchfield sale / employee discount. Get hot after about 45mis playing time...either way it was still a nice amp and should never have gotten rid of it.
