Sold FS: Rainbow Pro Vanadium Components

This is a great comp set that has been used for about 9 months. Overall condition gets a 8/10. Aesthetics = 8/10. Functionality and performance = 9/10.

Specific model is Rainbow Professional Vanadium CS265 Competition. The set features the aluminum dome Cal 25 tweet and and an aluminum cone 6.5" mid plus the Rainbow crossover networks. The mids on this set have a nice punch to them and are very smooth. The tweeters have excellent detail and high frequency extension. Rainbow does not have US distribution anymore, so these are getting more and more difficult to come by.

Unfortunately, when I was removing this mid form the car, the edge of the door panel scraped it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif And because the mids have pretty soft aluminum cones, it scratched pretty easily.

I will probably just buy a buddy of mines old one...he just got a Cannondale.
