I've got a set of used Rainbow Germanium CS265's that i'm selling to upgrade! I bought them from Don and have had great service from him. To be open from the get-go, both of the woofers in this set have been replaced since the original set was purchased - one of them just over 5 months after purchasing, and the other just under a year after. That's jul of last year and feb of this year. Neither of the replacement woofers have shown any problems since replacement - and from what I gather the issue was isolated to some very early runs of the germanium 6.5's (i was one of the first people to get these speakers in the US). The first woofer that was replaced has been going strong for as long as it was in the car in the first place and is now powered with a stronger amp, yet has shown no issues, nor has the other.
I'm upgrading to the Power Line CS and need to sell these off to re-coup some of the cost. They are currently installed in my car awaiting 'the word' to pull them out. I've got the original packaging and (german el o el) manual. I've got the grates for both speakers but one is damaged slightly (was damaged in shipping). See pics. I've got 4 of the 'special' mounting screws per speaker though they came with 8 - i only used four per speaker (lol, the power line cs only come with 4 anyway) and have no clue where the others went.

I didnt use the grills anyway...no space and my car has grilles built into the door panels.
I'll take pics again of them in more detail from all angles when i pull them out of the car if there is a serious buyer.
