Some scratches and dents, the metal surround has some dynamat on it but they still sound great! One of the surrounds has a very very small tear (see pic). This set really sounds amazing. I had them passive and they were great because of the adjustments on the crossovers. Never ran them active but I would assume they would sound even better. Those tweeters are really something else.
