They are BIG, and built very, very well. The clear cover can be easily removed, and the speaker terminals are "plugs" (think PDX amps), so installation is a breeze. They also have the option of being "bi-amped".
Ran them in my car for a while with the rest of the set about a year ago, ended up going a different route and they've been sitting on my desk for nearly a year now gathering dust. They are in great shape with only a few minor scratches here and there.
I don't know the Xover points off hand.
