Next to nothing, I will be including what you need to fix it minus the ca glue and the flux to solder the leads. So I guess at most $15?

for a 15" driver that weighs around 35lbs? In a pretty big box that is packaged tight?

Don't think so. Doesn't even cost me that cheap to ship 10" drivers from Los Angeles to Sacramento.
