I NEED a laptop REALLY bad!!!, so maybe I can sell some woofers

I also have an Autotek mm40001.D powerhouse 4000wX1 @ 2ohm mono (4300W benched at 14.4V) 650 shipped

Im looking for a DELL Inspiron 9400, or Inspiron 6400, or any notebook with at least a Core duo, or turion X2 processor, at least 15.4 screen, but would prefer a 17". and a DVDRW drive, and ability to upgrade the video card and sound card. the rest I ca upgrade later

the main difference (although I'm not a guru) is the linearity of the stroke as the frequency is played. the motor is indeed still a tc9, the coil structure is the "LMT" moniker. these have far over 30mm of usable throw, but sensitivity is a downfall of sort.

Also not many people have a Core Duo laptop "laying around"....you're talking about a pretty high performance machine
