Cleaning out the garage and found this old amp, hasn't been tested in a LONG time but worked perfect before it was pulled out of a car I sold. Sold AS-IS

Asking $50 shipped or picked up in Norcal, Bay Area near SFO. If your local your more than welcome to test it out before buying.

I know these amps are massively underrated, here are the specs and a link to MTX's archive.

Don't check my PM's here often so for the quickest response e-mail me at fixedreality@gmail.com - goes straight to my mobile

100 Watts bridged into a 4 Ohm load with less than 0.1% THD+N

Dynamic Power (IHF-202 Std) measured at 14.4 Volts DC

Just test the goddamn amp before you sell it, it's not that hard. At least see if it turns on. By saying "it worked the last time I used it", you are pretty much saying it's blown. Grab a battery, or battery charger. Run wires off the power, ground, and remote. Twist the power and remote together, and touch them to the positive terminal (or positive clamp of the battery charger). Then, touch the ground to the negative terminal or clamp. If the battery has at least 12.8v of charge left on it, it should turn on. It may or may not turn on with the battery charger, so don't discredit it if you hook it up to one and it doesn't. Most of my MTX amps won't turn on when I hook them up to a charger, only to a battery.

I used to have one of these bnib, but it wouldn't turn on //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Could have been the fact that I only tested it on a battery charger...

I know this amp works and I'll be testing it to confirm. How much do you think its worth if not $50?

$50-$75 is a good target for that amp in that condition in this economy. Given a better economy, you would probably be able to get up to $100 out of it.

If you want it to sell quickly, leave the price where it stands. Those with $50 would be stupid to pass this up if they are looking for such an amp. If you gave it a $75 pricetag, expect to wait a week or two for it to sell. You could also try $60 for a good medium.
