I just got this motherboard back from MSI. It is a socket 754. I had a problem and sent it back, they sent me a new one. I couldnt wait for it to come back so I bought another and dont need this one. I have the board, D-bracket and the USB bracket. also have some ribbon cables. here is a link to the website with all the info. 40.00 shipped.
