if it was i blame the shipping company, not the seller. if not then it is sellers fault, bubble envelope at the least

no bubble envelope just a plain brown/goldenrod envelope

Got mine(Alladin & king thieves) today. I am disappointed! The case is all busted & crushed, you didn't package it properly at all, you just stuck it in an envelope and shipped it. I don't recommend this seller, if he ships this carelessly.
edit:negative feedback will be left(not a complete negative feedback but it will be in neg section), i have no means to get this resolved for a measly $5.

totally my fault and has been resolved for the best of my knowledge.

Will always use bubble envelope from here on out when shipping VHS tapes
