Sold FS: Modified MMATS D300HC

I am reselling the MMATS D300 HC I bought from BigBassMan a while back.

This amp has been modded to be one ohm stable and will do around 2100 watts RMS at 1 ohm. The modification was originally done by MMATS, but then K&B audio further modded the amp so that all the protection circuit still works (a lot of modded amps are just modified to eliminate the protection circuit so the amp will not shut off at low impedance).

It is a VERY small package for this kind of power. I ran it on a XXX 18 and it pushed it much harder than previous amps I had used (RE 35.1 and MTX 1501D). My friend has had the amp the past few months, but he killed (4) RE 10's on it (running at 2 ohms) within a couple of weeks and it has been sitting at his house since that time.

Bump for an awesome amp. These Mmats amps are known for being small, but putting out ALOT of power. Good luck man! By the way, 290 shipped is a helluva deal, i had been lookin at mmats amps on ebay and that amp always went over 300 without shipping, and those were not even modded.

I used to have the same amp years ago. They are small and stay cooler than most class d amps. I wish I had the money for this effecient little beast. I wish I never sold mine. Oh well you live and you learn, lol! Bump for an awesome amp!
