so why you selling it? and is there a warranty? do you have the original reciepts? (sorry for all the questions)

Yes I have the original receipt and there is a manufacturer's warranty on it, and the warranty is extended if you have it installed by an authorized JL audio dealer.

I am selling it, along with the rest of my setup, because I am about to graduate college and start my masters/go to medical school so I need to save up some money and not spend so much on car audio
