By the way good luck on selling your stuff now this board dont like scammers to well man i was really wanting that amp but im not taking a chance in not getting a amp in return after i send the money. So good luck man and i dont know why you still was trying to get money off me whe somebody had already sent you money and you was waiting on it im glad i came back and read the board or i would have gotten scam no doubt in my mine and dude it says your rent was due by the 7th of march man today is the 17th 10 days later man if you was legit like you said you was for the prices you want you would have sold it all before then but i guess not good luck to you man

all you guys have to do is pay for it though pay pal if you send money order it will be very very hard to get your money back. and how do you know if the money order is really gonna be in his name. pay pal only deal with creadit cars and real bacn accounts jsut a hint to you guys

i have a mint 1000/1. i also have dealt with scammers, honestly it really sucks, don't expect your money back at all without driving ove to their house with a few friends and some *** kicking in mind. money order you have to sue someone. paypal protects you for the full amount only if you pay for their new feature, that extra bit for complete satisfaction or whatever (at least i think that is how it will work.) normal paypal will only get back their "best effort." my case - paid 190 to douchebag. he never sent anything. tried to pull back from paypal. got $37.44 - his paypal balance. they froze his account. done THAT'S IT. that's all they would do. wouldn't give me his real address, can't give any more money then that in his paypal balance. for the remaining balance i filed a complaint at i3c.gov - months ago though - haven't heard any follow up. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I kept all the receipts for the money order and i have all the messages he sent me and i had him call my house and leave me a message saying his name what he is selling me and the date i am giveing him 1 or 2 days before i file with someone who do i contact to get my money back if he does not write me???

the first step is to file a claim with the company you wrote the money order from...like usps or western union. Next call his local police department, then file a claim with the ifcc or iffc i cant remember what its called...Pm me and i'll find you a link.

http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp is the address for the fbi internet fraud division. You have to file your money order claim seperately. Is it a postal or western Union money order?

u have to wait 30 days from the purchase date of the money order to file a claim...Check whitepages.com for his phone number and see if it matches up. I hope you get this piece of shit....
