Yes, these are the famous Polk SR6500 comps. You gets the mids, the tweeters, and the crossovers. One of the mids had a tear in its surround and was repaired. Does not effect any part of its playing ability. There is some Butyl on the underside. Sold

Eminence Alpha 6A's and some cash for the ref 500? They will have fresh recones too. Either 4 ohm or 8 ohm. Sens is 93.6 but extremely clear in the midbass/lower midrange. Say from 100hz-500hz. I love these things coupled with CDT tweets.

Got any pics of the butyl on the backside of the SR surround? I know it doesn't affect the operation of the speaker that much, but how about the SQ?

I posted a pic of the surround that was fixed. In all honesty, I couldn't tell a difference in SQ. Truth be told, I damaged the driver after swapping it out to test another set of mids. A slip of the screwdriver and a pinhole later...you know the story. I can take some pics of the Butyl around the mounting part of the basket. There isn't much there, but I want the buyer to know about it, regardless.
