i got this amp today from a friend that had it for couple of years. i went to the local stereo shop to get it tested it works perfectlly. i dont want this amp because it draws alot of current. i want 450 or trade for ajl 1000/1 or a kx2500.1 or zx2500.1 or t2000d rockford thats it nothing else. this amps are very rare and made in the usa . any questions call tito 414-617-2277 i accept pay pal for payment will ship the next bus day the money clears or same if it clears early enough before post office closes . i hate people who take forever to ship so i will ship quickly

Maybe because the output plug is hacked and the speaker leads and remote are soldered to the PCB. It could be put back to stock with a little work and the correct molex connectors that sell regularly on ePay.

Still a decent price on a hell of an amp that retailed around $1300 or more

I think alot of the problem is the amp was made back in the day when a key selling point was its crazy low rated power when you went to compete. Now that its based more off the subs then the watts, not as important. But still a very nice and reliable amp. Only other issue I can think of is that Orion sold out like 4 times now and I do not believe they honor the old warranty. That is, when I traded my 250 in, I was given a 250G4 and told that was it for my warranty
