Sold FS/FT Orion 4002...May Need Repair

I have an Orion 4002 that is in pretty good condition, but seems to have some static in it when playing. It is pretty noticeable.

Amp turns on, doesnt go into protect, has static in the output of it. and no burnt pieces(atleast from what I have seen) from internals
