why not return to walmart claim it doesnt work get new receipt for return and new game opened go back 30 minutes later say this one doesnt work you called 18004myxbox they said a bad batch went out and retailer should refund money. get cash go buy cod world at war. i used to do this with games that were a flop and i purchased. wal mart will return most things. if they refuse ask to speak to the manager and make a scene and say its bullshit you cant return itme that doesnt function properly. and claim there is a recall. its not for everyone moral wise but it does work.

I do the same thing except it will only work if it's within the first couple of day's but since this just came out it would work perfectly for you. I normally just tell them I have a freezing problem and don't want a game I'm going to have to constantly download a patch to keep playing and normally they give right in and tell me to pick out another game or put it on a gift card. All they are going to do anyway is put it back out on the shelf for like $55 instead of the $59 so it's not like they lost anything on it.
