im pretty sure this doesnt fit a 4" coil most ti baskets needed to be cut unless it came as a 4" coil'd sub. the bolt pattern on a 4" coil motor obviously is bigger than a 6bolt 3" coil'd motor

Yeah, I think remember this one being the 4" version. Not positive now.

The opening will probably allow for a 4" coil to be used, just not a 4HP threaded motor.

yeah i honestly dont remember, op if you want to measure the bolt patter for me to see if it will fit in on one of my aura motors that would help me alot

It will need to be drilled for a 4" coil but it fits on my HX2 motor coil wise.
