Sold FS: Eclipse cd4000 broken

Ive got this unit that I bought of ebay, but I hooked everything in and the face would not power on. Seller told me that this was a working unit, but I guess I got ripped off. I could hear the unit powering up when its first plugged in, but nothing else turns on after that.

Selling as is $45 shipped obo?
