One of the tweeter silk cloth got dent in, but the tweeter work fine.

On the back of the passive crossover is some residue left lever from double side tape.

Have you tried using tape to help pull the tweeter dome back out?

that tweets messed up.. is there anyway you could try taping it and pulling it out like inferno said? is so id be interested in the comps as a set and you wouldnt have to seperate
