The laptop hdd has been in rotation with an external enclosure (i have two of the same drive). They are 5400RPM. $65 shipped for each.

2.5" aluminum Mapower enclosure with firewire and usb 2.0. $30 shipped.

Buy a hard drive and enclosure together for $90.

Amp specs is 100 x 2 @ 4, 200 x 2 @ 2, 400 x 1 @ 4 bridged according to the website. Didnt come with a birthsheet. I have one person thinking about buying it so youre next in line if he doesnt want it.

Had the drives since winter and I could do $120 for the drives but you'd need to buy the enclosure too.

Sold the amp and one of the drives. Still got one more hard drive and enclosure.

is it a bus powered enclosure?

Yeah, you can power it with the supplied USB cable. One end goes into the enclosure and on the end it splits into two cables to put into a laptop/desktop. Also has a place you can put in a power adapter (not included).
