Brand New, Item has only been taken out of box to make sure everything was there and that the unit worked, battery has never even been put in unit.
(I always test everything before i sell, ive gotten screwed before because i didnt.)

I will ship within 2 business days of payment received. I will ship with Fedex, with insurance and with tracking. It will be with ground but ive always had good experiences with them so you should get it within a few days of payment.
However, I hate paypal and I will only accept cash (locally) or a USPS money order, if its not a USPS money order I will have to wait to ship until the money order clears my bank, which could be as long as 11 days. Sorry for this inconvenience.
Check my feedback though, it has been awhile since ive sold Ive got close to a hundred transactions on this site alone, and im sure many of the older members will vouch for me.
