I do not have the pics, but I have all original packaging and documentation. Card works perfectly, just don't have room for it in my tower, and no real need for surround sound anyway.

I purchases from Newegg late April, so newegg warranty is up.
Price is 100 shipped obo. Great sound quality, but in my personal preference, the crystalizer and shit just make stuff sound worse. Everything neutral, sounds really good.
