just curious, whats the DC to DC converter for?

Not sure why, but for some reason the design calls for the deck to run at a higher set voltage. Think it upgrades to 15 volt constant DC.

Does not play mp3. It steps the volatge up to 15volts to power the display. It contains at least 3 boards all seperated from themselves and the power supply powers each sepratley. No finer deck out there. TXBONDS is a good guy here fellas.
