And baskets/soft parts. I have a pair of assassin 8s that just quit working for some reason. Both the same way, wasn't even paying it loud.

One of them was beat on pretty well with 700rms at one point so i can understand that one i guess. Has marks on the cone from the tinsels beating the cone, as well as cracked cone from an unrelated incident. But then the other one quit working the same way though with only 200rms at the time, unclipped signal. No resistance at the terminals, so my best guess would be that the tinsels separated from the coil completely.

Not sure what you can use these for, but hows 25 plus shipping for the pair OBO?

Ok here we go...shitty camera pics time...

First three pics are of sub #1. This is the one that saw 700rms at one point, thermally it took it like a champ, mechanically the tinsels began to rip off the tinsel led glue and cause underside damage to the cone. You can also see the crack, as well as residue on the gasket, funny how it was 200 watts two months later that killed it....

I think the second one may have a bad connection where the tinsels meet the terminal, so you might be getting a working sub for 25 bucks (!!!) Ive heard of this before, so its a possibility. I just dont really care anymore, and selling everything i have...
