yea its true i have 4 in 11 cubes at 36hz and they pick up the kick drum amazingly well and sound better than my cvx's did before

BTLs sound surprising good in most smaller boxes. I had mine in 3.5 CU FT each and they loved it. Im sure .3 cu ft less wouldnt make a huge difference and my tunning was at 36hz so there wouldnt be much difference there.

i was thinking of purchasing a new 18" btl with the new motor, but the $500 price tag has been putting me off. im not down to drop cash into audio like i used to.
