i dont really know much bout cadence but how good is it? why the price so high from other amps? well i just want a decent one....i got a soundstream 1000 rms also...i just bought a zapco 500/1

Cadence is sweet, this amp is definitely amazing.

The remote bass knob is actually designed for competition. It has a potentiometer that controls the sub volume, but it also has a Burst button which will instantly go to max power no matter where the volume knob is set at, and then when you release the button it goes back to wherever it was before, perfect for burping. The voltage readout is also very handy.

It's $450 Or Best Offer, so if you don't think that's a fair price let me know what you are willing to pay.

Nope, it wouldn't be fair to whoever buys the amp. It was such a headache to get my hands on that thing, I couldn't sell it without the remote and have a clear conscience lol.

I started at a local cadence dealer who sold me the wrong knob that wasn't compatible with my amp. Then he finally found out he didn't carry any for my amp. So I went to Cadence's website, which is completely void of any kind of contact info. After googling for a long time I finally, by complete luck, found a forum where somebody just happened to ask what the number to Cadence was, and somebody who apparently works at Cadence posted the number and thank god it worked. So then when I got on the phone with Cadence it took them a while digging to find one of these remotes, so they called me back about an hour later and told me it was $70 or something. I asked for the manager and told him my story of the uninformed Cadence dealer selling me the wrong knob for $25 and managed to haggle him down to about $45. It's not over yet...turns out my debit card expired THAT DAY, of all times...so it didn't go through. I called them back the next day and apologized and told them what happened. I had to wait through the weekend for the banks to open so I could go get a replacement card, and finally I called Cadence and got them to ship my order. phew

I can't really compete for SPL, but with a Fi Q, and a CarPC running a fully digital fully active 3 way setup with digital 31 band EQ and time delay + 100ft^2 of Damplifier deadener, I might be able to give them a run for their money in SQ //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
