The only way I'll part out is if everything gets spoken for.

If somebody wants to make an offer on everything except for a few games or something, go ahead. I just don't want everybody to snatch up the games, controllers, and accessories and leave me with a difficult to sell console by its self.

Also if you want to put an offer in on a specific piece, go ahead. I'm not going to bread down the prices of stuff, so just let me know what you're offering and I'll keep it in mind.

I have been selling this kind of stuff on ebay and learned that you make a considerable amount more by selling the games/accessories separate.
