Cosmetically: 7/10, not anything bad.. just normal wear/tear.

Mechanically: Well, it sparks pretty bad when I hook it up.. I think the FET's are fried. Either way, it's blown.

I'll get pics if someone's interested.

I'll let this go for $50 local, or $50 + shipping.

It's a great amp! Never got hot and wasn't a current hog, did rated power I'd say. Ran my SE 12's great, getting about 900 rms a piece.
