Is that a screw broken off in the heatsink? Where the clamp bar is, well... doubled and only has one screw where it should have 2...? Right where the burned up FETS are...

The screw Holding down the burnt fets don't match. Maybe they lost the original stuff, who ever you got it from. How did it come to its demise?
