I cant find the wiring harness for this so I have no way to test the internal amp so it is sold "AS IS", but I know it worked the last time I used this in my RX7.
I am sure you could buy a harness someplace on the net or from Bazooka directly.
Right now I have the internal amp bypassed(hence the cable out the port) and it is hooked up to a Dynaco 300 watt amp in my home theater and it gets LOUD with minimal effort when properly placed in a corner of the room.
I have the original box and the grill(not shown for pis) for this....
