The Eclipse AVN6600 DVD player fits in your vehicle's double-sized, 4" tall dash opening, offers a wide variety of entertainment for the whole car, and provides accurate GPS navigation throughout the U.S. The 6.5" video screen displays your movies in vivid detail when you're parked, and acts as the touch-panel command center for the entire system when you hit the road.
Ready to navigate?
Just pop in the included map DVD-ROM, which contains the detailed street maps of the U.S. As you drive, you'll get both visual guidance and voice prompts that announce upcoming turns. Use the intuitive menus to enter a street address or intersection, or select from the 6 million points of interest, including restaurants, hotels, and gas stations. You can also customize your route preferences so you take only the kinds of roads you like to drive.

City View mode makes navigating even easier by providing 3-D renderings of buildings in select major metropolitan areas. You can use specific buildings as landmarks, so you know you're still on course.
Two DVD slots
You won't have to sacrifice entertainment, thanks to the AVN6600's two DVD slots. The first slot houses your map DVD-ROM, while the second lets you play a DVD or CD. As the system tells you where to go, you can listen to your favorite music on standard CDs or custom MP3/WMA mixes you've burned on CD.
Add a rear video screen and wireless headphones to entertain the kids in back while you drive. Dual-zone mode lets you send DVD picture and sound to the back seat, while you enjoy another source, like the radio, up front.
Big-time sound
Don't have a surround-sound speaker setup in your vehicle? Circle Surround II can simulate surround effects with just four car speakers — it's perfect not only for your DVDs, but for applying surround effects to stereo recordings, too. You can fill out your music's bass effects, and also compensate for low-mounted door speakers by bringing the sound up to ear level.
You also get a seven-band equalizer that's easy to adjust. You can simply trace your desired EQ curve with your finger on the touchscreen, instead of having to adjust each of the seven frequency points individually.
System expansion
System expansion is on the menu, too. With Eclipse's optional control interface, you can connect and control your iPod®. Integrate an Eclipse SIRIUS satellite radio or HD Radio tuner for the best radio entertainment around. Add an Eclipse rear-view camera to get a clear view when you back up. And three sets of 5-volt preamp outputs send a clean signal to the external amplifiers you use to drive your speakers and subs.
