I have one barely used Audiopulse (formerly TC Sounds) Revo 15" DVC 2 ohm 1500 watt RMS subwoofer for sale, I still have the original box and birthsheet and the woofer itself is in great condition though there is one tiny tiny scratch on the cone from a screw touching it, its really hard to see and obviously has zero impact on performance.

Asking 349 plus shipping o.b.o., I paid over 500 for it so I'm taking a pretty big loss. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Paypal accepted but if its a CC 3% PP fee added.

I am on ebay as red_bunny with 107 100% positive feedback and I have other references as well, I am a well established seller. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Also available but optional is a custom made 4 cubic foot ported box tuned to 22hz made professionally by Marv from diymobileaudio.com, its pretty heavy though so shipping would be expensive. It's a super solid box with double front baffle and tons of internal bracing and its solid as granite. I paid 300 for the box so I'm looking for 150 o.b.o.

The Revo.

Thanks and Merry Xmas!

Yes he is, I want to see him next time he graces Mighty or somewhere similar, and I'm up in Marin btw. Which better part of the bay are you in?
Ha I saw him at Hard and I'm about to see him at together as one in LA. I'm in the 925 and 408. That system looks dope too bad you have to get rid of it, is there a new one in mind?

Yeah I'm planning to pick up a JBL 15 gti mkii or two and try them out IB, should be interesting. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

The Revo just wouldn't fit into my new car with that box so an IB setup seems like it will save some trunk space.

And it seems like a waste to use the Revo IB when I have that beautiful box for it.

But that's all in the future anyway, right now it doesn't fit so unfortunately it has to go.

Correct me if I'm wrong but You definetly don't need to tune to 22hz if it's going in your car. I'd stay with the Revo before getting the JBL

You need to put the Revo in a box thats 3.5 after displacement tuned to like 30hz

A properly done double baffle. Heh. I see people use a DB as a way to "flush mount" their woofers... but, overall, there's more rigidity if you just make the double baffles the same cut out diameter.

Nice box. I'd like to see the inside, though.

Yeah I contacted Thilo Stompler directly (he designed the woofer) and asked him for some ideal box dimensions and those are what he gave me, so I would hope they would work pretty well.

I know who Thilo Stompler is and I also own 4 of the 15" Revos, and I told you exactly what I was told to tune mine to by Thilo. How much port area does your box have.

I'll just paste the email he sent me:

"If you want to go with a ported enclosure, I would design a 4 cubic foot enclosure / driver, tuned to 22 Hz; that would give you a flat alignment. You could also tune it to 27Hz for a 3dB peak (with a shorter port) and then clsoe up the port when you don't need it to be that loud. To tune to 22 Hz, you need 25 square inches of port area (that's the same as two 4" diameter pipes), 24" long.

To tune to 27 Hz, you need 25 square inches of port area (that's the same as two 4" diameter pipes), 14.5" long."

WTF? Thats crazy the box alignment isn't that far off it's the port that got me. I was under the impression that each sub needs like 60 sq. in. of port and they liked to be tuned to 30hz
Yeah //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I dunno I just asked him what kind of box would give a nice even flat FR and that's what he calculated for me.
