its 256ddr3, and it has an s-video out which i believe will work for tvs, not sure ive never tried it, if you do however want to buy it your going to have to wait until friday so i can go home from college and get it

I can say that this is a nice card, gets the job done and runs games real nice. I've had mine for over a year and I love it.
